KG's Hideaway

Craig left this morning for California so that he could spend a couple of days with his parents and then fly back with Kyra late Monday night. Then he leaves eaaaaaaaaaaaarly Tuesday and won't be back until very late on Wednesday. That's too long! What the hell am I going to do? I guess more painting and stuff.

We had our niece last night and I had planned to keep her a little bit longer today but I ended up taking her home about 11:30 because she had a reaaaaaally bad stomach bug or something. I changed 5 diapers between 8:45am when she woke up and 11:30 when I took her home. Nuh-uh. I don't do the really bad stomach stuff anymore. It's so funny when she says our names. Craig is "Ungle Quack" (Uncle Craig) and I'm "Ontie" (Auntie) I love it!!!!

Before I took her home this morning we went to St@rbucks for coffee over off Hulen and I ran into a girl I graduated with. God, she still looks exactly the same! I probably wouldn't have even recognized her if she hadn't said, "Kristi?" For some reason I never think that people will remember me so it always catches me off guard. We ended up sitting there drinking coffee and talking about everything. Great way to spend a Saturday morning!
